I recently renewed my meditation routine, after been without practice for quite some time.

New experience for me is incorporating restlessness into my sessions. I mean, when I go with it (like allowing myself to scratch an itch or killing a mosquito that stings me).

I figured, it's only a "problem", when I do it automatically (i. e. unconsciously).
As long as I am mindful of it — it's part of the session.

I do not need to keep things away or prevent them from happening.
On the contrary — just let them come and let them through.
