About me

Unacceptance ≠ abolishment

This insight came to me in meditation.

During my sessions when some "undesirable" thing emerges (let's say I'm starting to think about my plans for the day, instead of keeping my attention on the breath) — I do not accept it into my session (i.e. trying to act as if it did not happen).
Then I try to quickly return attention to my breath and pretend it was a "perfect" session.

Seems to me, the way to abolishment the restlessness lies through it's incorporation.
